Ben dropped what he was doing and drove thirty minutes down to I20 to help me when my vehicle broke down on a Saturday evening. He was very kind and knowledgeable and accurately diagnosed my issue.
Very nice guy Ben was very professional and talked me through some things and was going to help me with diagnosing but I ended up fixing it myself but this guy is really a good person so if you need help he is the person to go to!!!!!!!!
Ben did a great job fixing our vehicle. We had been camping at Thousand Trail Lake Tawakoni and a squirrel chewed through several of the wires, which put the car in an awful state. We called Ben, he showed up within 30 minutes, checked the problem, and he ordered the parts. As soon as they arrived, he had the engine up and running in no time. The entire process was much quicker, easier, and cheaper than if we'd taken it to a shop. Definitely recommend Ben.
