They do what they and not what you want. I asked for the purple orchid boutonniere for my prom date and they said it was not available which is fine, so I asked for the fuschia flower and they asked for a second choice if that was not available, so I asked for the two white rose choice and she eliminated it as an option without communicating why, so i asked and she told me it was basically too gay.
