I've been doing business with this family owned enterprise for over 20 years. They did a completely satisfactory re-roof on my home, 25 years ago. More recently, when the re-roof reached the end of its expected natural life, I called on them again for the subsequent re-roof. Ben is quick to respond if I have an issue or a question, and he is persistent and tenacious until the problem is fixed. Ben and his staff are courteous, honest, and professional. I hired Ben to do a full re-roof on a house I was to sell in Pembroke Pines mid-2021. Not once did they show up on the days they said they would, and a few of the days I actually received a call from Ben stating that he was at the property but couldn't work because of an issue with some random piece of equipment (compressor, ladder, etc), or that it was raining when it actually wasn't and had to leave.
