Ben is talented barber, and I was a loyal client for several years without any major issues. Unfortunately, my review is based not on his barbering skills, but on the experience I had with scheduling and communication. There were multiple occasions where Ben cancelled on me the same day—three separate times within just hours of my appointment—with little or no explanation. My boyfriend has been seeing Ben for almost a year. He loves to grow his hair and beard out to the point he looks ragged and unruly, so I love seeing the transformation. Thank you, Ben, for helping me love my boyfriend a little more after his appointments with you.
