Ben went out of his way to fix my vehicle when Wal-Mart stripped and rounded my oil drain plug. Those technicians left my vehicle alone for an hour. They just let it sit without notifying me and refused to admit their mistake. I did not want to risk an oil leak on a road trip so I searched for a local shop!
