Terrible customer service. Don’t even waste your time with their bad attitude
This business deserves 0 stars. You would think a fireplace insert that costs a fortune would work properly. But no, not only is this fireplace insert a damaged product, it was also installed very poorly and measured incorrectly on their end. They had to return 3 times to install it correctly. But heat still doesn't blow out of the fan and the paint started to chip only a week after. When asked to have it fixed, replaced or a refund they were EXTREMELY rude and turned us away. This must be the most unprofessional business in the area. They don’t stand by their words or the appliances they sell and when the item fails to work properly, staff is extremely rude unless it’s when you are there to purchase the item,. Do not purchase anything from this store!!!
