Upon meeting Benny Resendiz he was warm and inviting. Helped me sell my father's home in such short notice. He delegated, bridged the gaps for communication to clear up everything to allow the sell of his home. He is professional, and compassionate with and towards his clients. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking at buying a home or selling one.
