I hate having to write this review. I tried to find an email to contact the business to resolve this issue privately but unfortunately, there is not one available. I also tried calling with no response. Please note, it was not Benni that did my hair but another stylist. I came by as a new client recently for a much needed haircut. I was told to come at 10 and I waited for the other appointment to finish before me which is no problem.
