Fabulous food, service, and neighborhood atmosphere!

I went into Bennets for the first time last Wednesday for the Wild Wednesday podcast with Jeff Dubay. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was fun. The podcast was giving away wild tickets and a giftcard via drawing which I was fortunate enough to win! I will be visiting again before the game and take advantage of the shuttle to excel that they provide and will be letting friends know of this new gem.
Any business with the words chop and house in its name must be worth a try. That being said, the food at Bennett's is out of this world. The Little Charlie's are topped with a creamy horseradish sauce and melt in your mouth. Our Onion ring appetizer was cooked to a perfect chrisp and served piping hot. Lastly, my baceball style sirloin steak could have been cut with a butter knife. I live in Chanhasssn but dinner at Bennett's is well worth the drive. My husband and I had dinner last night for his birthday. The service was excellent. The food was better. We had th pan seared scallop appetizer and they were perfectly cooked. He had the New York strip. I had a field special from their valentine's menu. To die for. Had a bottle of trapiche malbec and it was good as well. Finished with dessert of a berry tart with ice cream and raspberries. Overall it was a great experience. Will be back for certain.
