Never Again. Took my son's car to have a simple recall done. It consisted of removing the battery and replacing the tray, the hold down bracket and the j-hook rod. Asked for them to also install the battery insulator (which like a jacket for the battery that I had ordered two weeks earlier and was in their parts department.
