Hands down the best car buying experience here! My boyfriend and I came back to see Jim Genoe after previously purchasing a Tacoma last year with him. Jim was great. He is personable and professional. He took the time to go over different options with me and I made sure I was happy with my choice and that I stayed in budget. I left in a brand new 2018 RAV4! I have never had a new car before and I love love love my RAV! We will definitely be coming back for any future purchases/leases!
Bought a brand new Tacoma, sales team was awesome. Maintenance wise I'm not so pleased with. Blind Spot Monitor showed an error and stopped working. Took it in. Since there was a tiny scratch on the bumper they said the bumper wasn't aligned and told me to take it to a body shop. Didn't waste my time. BSM system mysteriously starts working again for about a month. Then stops working again. Take the truck to a body shop. Shop says the bumper is aligned properly with how it was from factory. I had a wonderful first experience with this dealership. Took my RAV4 for its first service check. Had a cup of complimentary cappuccino, watched some Rachael Ray, started to read a book...and it was done in less than 30 minutes. Even left with a cleanly washed car! Very professional and courteous staff.
