I had a problem yesterday. I called my home warranty company at 8am and Bennett and Sons was here by 10am and had me up and running again within minutes and took the time to show me what to do so that the problem does not recur. I was only charged for the service call. Thank you!
ZERO STAR RATING, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE TERRIBLE! After numerous no-shows from the technician, and the office assuring us he will show up, NO SHOW AGAIN! The admin answering the phone are rude and even hang-up on you when you press for assurance that you can get your issue resolved. Just lies, and rudeness. Better Business Bureau has them rated with an F.
BEWARE! If it could be possible to put ZERO stars, then I would. Technicians were unprofessional and rude, charged money but did not repair AC unit, which is still leaking into the garage accumulating mold. They also told to my "Choice Home Warranty" company that there are no repair or replacement needed. These people are CROOKS.
