Pathetic customer service. If this company has to do with a property you are looking at, walk away now. One of the main responsibilities they have in our HOA agreement is the maintenance of the surrounding grass and foliage. Most of it is dead and uncut...when we went to inquire about concerns with our neighborhood and it’s safety, the women at the door would not speak to us. She was hostile, rude, and unhelpful.
