At my truck inspection in September I was told that some rust was found on my frame. The technician took pictures and reached out to Toyota who replaced my truck frame FREE of charge!! My 2008 Toyota Tacoma is now good as new! Thank you Toyota and thank you Bennett for taking the time and making the effort to provide such great service......and the FREE car wash with each service visit isn’t bad either;)
I just purchased a car from Bennett last night. I purchased a car from them 5 years ago and loved my experience then so I went back to the place that I knew would treat me right. Manoj Godika did not disappoint. He met me at the door as soon as I pulled up. I explained my situation and was honest with him. I had to bring in my 2017 Tundra 4x4 for a oil leak I had found. I must say the level of service that I got was unparalleled by any other place I have ever been to. Dean in the service Dept was very helpful and responsive to my questions and concerns regarding the repair time frame and warranty issues. Thank you so much for a job well done! You guys have changed my view on dealerships service centers!!!!
