I have been renting with Bennet Rentals for over four years . Anytime I have ever had a problem , it was fixed immediately ! JoAnn is very efficient and cares about keeping her rentals nice and efficient . I have had some big fixes that were taken care of immediately . She has a whole list of contractors to call for type of problem or fix you may need . My rent has stayed below market value and I am a happy renter .
Horrible management, false promises and expectations. They will give you the run around.
