Nobody ever answers the phone and all the mailboxes are full so you can't leave a message and you can't text them either.
9/26/23 If I could give zero reviews. I would do just that. Bennett Realty Group goes through “secretaries” (or whatever you want to call them) every couple of months. Not sure if the owner doesn’t pay them, working conditions suck, or what, but since I have rented from them they have had over a dozen people rotate. It started turning bad a couple of years ago when his secretary didn’t do her job on a consistent basis. Nothing was fixed in my home during her time “in office”. Absolutely 1000% go above and beyond Kristin is the best in the business! They couldn't make renting anymore easier!
Can n never get ahold of anyone and when you can they don't follow up.
I used their agent Amber Forkey to assist me in purchasing a home…she worked harder for the sellers than she did for me. The home inspection report came back with asbestos in the home and she did nothing in my favor to get out of the offer. She only seemed interested in her commission if I purchased the home…that was 2 months ago and I haven’t heard from her…she hasn’t returned my call or my deposit. Be forewarned she appears to looking out for herself…not the buyer.
