Michael and Jake were incredibly knowledgeable and always on top of things, which made such a difference for me! They were both professional and consistently easy to communicate with throughout the entire time. As a first home buyer, I appreciated how responsive they were and how available they made themselves whenever I had questions. Such a positive experience with the team. I’d absolutely recommend them!
Michael is nice but I'm really disappointed as a first home buyer and would not want to deal with Bennett Property ever again. The duplex property that I purchased was initially advertised as "NO STRATA FEES!" on the listing title and description. Upon questioning both Michael Bennett (Principal) and Jacob Bennett (who I presume is Michael's son) further, they both explained to me that each home owner (on both sides) looked after their own home and contents insurance.
