I asked if my truck was checked out,serviced,& if everything worked properly, as well as asked for the previous owners info& never got it. The driver's side heated seat doesn't work nor does the remote start& I' had to replace tire pressure sensors that would come on and off sporadically, then just stayed on.I got excuses from buttons being worn out to the controller was old ( remote start)but when I asked if they'd pay to fix the 3, all communications ceased. Very helpful, nice, great with kids, and fast buying process! I think it was the fastest that we have ever purchased a vehicle! We absolutely love our new to us truck and cannot thank everyone at Bennetts enough! We will definitely be stopping here first the next time we need a new vehicle!

Me and my husband purchased a truck through Bennett's and the entire staff was more than accommodating. We dealt with Mrs. Jamie, Mr. Mark, and Mr. Ritchie and they were all extremely nice! Definitely recommend them if your on the search!
What a joke of a place that can’t stand by their product nor provide satisfactory customer care. Do not recommend.
We spent an entire day at different places looking for the right vehicle, at the right payment, with the right down payment for our family. We have 4 kids all under 4, and all in car seats. Randy was our salesman and let me tell y’all, he worked hard to get us what we needed!! Richie is the finance guy and they fought to make sure we had the right payment with the right down payment to get us in a vehicle in a pinch (mine died on us and we needed it ASAP!).
