This office is a facade they give the impression of great care. Every month last minute my kids and my appointments are changed and thrown somewhere that doesn’t work with our schedule. I’ve told them countless times that we can’t do later appointments and they are always rescheduled for a 6:30pm time or later. When bringing my concerns up to Christopher Bennett, he has lights stating that his health is in question and he can’t help when he will be hospitalized. Great service great people to deal with overall great experience
I wanted to try EMDR or other therapeutic methods, so I decided to try this office out. I explicitly stated in my intake interview that I did not want medication and I wanted therapy. They confirmed this. My first (and only) appointment was apparently to give me medication - so a blatant disregard for my needs and poor communication within the staff.
