Demanded $149 for a $30 nebulizer in Jan and has not filed the insurance claim as of today despite claiming to me and Anthem almost daily that it was in process, in the mail, or being faxed. Do not go here for anything. The six representatives I have dealt with - from the front desk receptionist to Rick in Reno Claims - and specifically Clint in Billing are bold faced and underhanded liars who hope you won't pursue the money you are owed. Pursuing this fully at this stage.

They are not very good with followup or customer service. It took almost a month from the time my doctors office faxed them my prescription until I was contacted. And that was because I called them. They didn't order me the resoironics mask I had used at the sleep study, but some knick off brand. well after sleeping with the mask for a few nights I figure out the mask is too big. Bennet medical has done everything it can to push customers away. At this very moment, I am writing this I have been trying to get someone to pick up the line. Then they just picked up the line and hung up no response to me asking "hello" since the on hold music had stopped. Almost an hour now.
If there were a zero star, I would use it instead. Bennett Medical Services provides my C-Pap supplies and, this year alone, has supplied me with 2 tubes with holes in them and the last order I picked up says they put 6 filters in the bag but they didn’t, they only put in 3 but since I signed for the supplies and their packing slip shows 6, they will not do right but me and give me the 3 filters I need that we’re not provided. I’ll do my best to change my C-Pap service provider through my doctor.
Horrible customer service, never get a live person when you call, even if you call when they open for the day. Always have to leave a message and good luck getting a call back. Received an overnight oximetry test that was ordered by my doctor, with no instructions. Good thing I had done this test prior so I knew what I had to do and knew how to use the equipment.
If you have a billing issue good luck finding a person to care about your predicament. They basically told me to go fuck myself regardless of what their tech's told me (that if I didn't use my unit I would only need to return it). The lady I was speaking with, who was all but laughing at me, and proceeded to tell me "I have spoken with 15 people about this same issue today."
