My Daughter had her well visit in June 2018 and was administered the wrong vaccine. She is only 11 and was supposed to receive the Meningococcal V4 (MCV4) instead she was given a vaccine not intended until 16 years of age known as Meningococcal B, OMV. When I called the Dr's office the staff/receptionist explained that both vaccine's sit side by side on the shelf and was mistakenly grabbed, when asked to speak directly to Dr. Matthew Bennett I was told he is unavailable for two months.
Dr. Bennett is the best!! I love his staff! He provides excellent care! We are people, not a paycheck.
