The ketamine treatments worked great! But now I've been trying to get back in and they haven't returned my calls in 3 days. Idk what their problem is..
After leaving a negative review of Marty Bennett and a dispute regarding insurance, I decided to go back to his clinic. However I found out that he had dismissed me from his clinic and refused treatment at a critical time when I needed medicine. Marty never knew me as a patient. The only time I spoke to Marty was when he told me he will not treat me if I can’t pay my out of pocket. That was the first time he denied care. I never saw him as a patient. The staff is wonderful!! George, Charese, AnaLiese, Kim, Allison … all just great. They are very prompt and efficient as well.
I have had terrific care here. The staff is excellent. Shanice has been so kind every time I go. I’d highly recommend him!
