Was trying to buy a car from them. Salesman was super slow to respond, then he sold it on me. Bad business practices. And their service center upsells and some of the staff are rude. Find somewhere else to buy a car or have it repaired.
My husband and I have been long time customers of this dealership for purchase and service. We continued for service when the dealership passed ownership from Ebersole to Bennett and never had any complaints about the service. A few weeks ago we decided to trade in our 2021 Honda CR-V EX for 2025 CR -V EX-L. We are pleased with our new car and are enjoying the features that the previous one didn't have. RUN! After seeing how a friend's car was returned after keeping his car for 3 weeks to perform a repair that should've taken a couple days at most, I would suggest you RUN from this dealer and never look back. Tools left in car, center console completely emptied, positive battery terminal left loose, fuse box loose, new harness unsecured in engine bay and left resting on heat shield.....and the list goes on and on. I've never seen such incompetency from a repair shop, let alone a dealer.
