The absolute WORST dealership out there! They owe me money from never taking care of my registration renewal after I purchased my vehicle from a lease. It took 4 1/2 months to get our title for the car because they misplaced paperwork and never communicated anything to me. I’ve had to call and call and call to try and figure out what is going on and each time someone said they would take care of something or call back and nothing would be resolved. Do not even bother with this place, TRUST ME.
Was cheated out of $360 dollars,, They called it a service plan lol the cost for only 2 oil changes.. They got me, hopefully they don't get you.. Be careful. I'm guessing they need to finish their remodeling somehow 🤔.. I have purchased 6 vehicles from Bennett but only 1 from Bennett Honda and possibly the last After this event ..
The worst dealership I have ever dealt with in my life. Terrible communication, don't return calls. Waiting on a title to my car for 4 months now. When we finally got ahold of them they said they had some people quit and the paperwork just sat on the desk. Nobody ever called to give us an update. They said it would be sent either that day or next. That was 2 weeks ago and still no title. Still not returning calls. And today they hung up on us. THE WORST! STAY AWAY!!!
Make sure to do your research before coming here. I've never seen a dealership actively try to raise a price on a car that's already over $1,000 above the KBB value, then raise it even higher because a vehicle isn't selling. Absolute ripoff.
I will never again buy anything from this dealership. Not only are they rude, they sell cars with mechanical issues and give you a terrible time when you ask them to fix it. I drove the car off the lot, had trouble on the way home, called the next day and they STILL gave me the run around. Even after I explained my car was not safe to be driving my kids around in, they refused to help me and still to this day have yet to do so.
