I was referred to this attorney. He initially sent a message and posed a question. I responded accordingly, but he did not reply for hours. He only responded after I thanked him for his lack of response and for his unprofessional conduct. When he responded, he was rude and condescending. It appears he may have overlooked the importance of customer service. Regardless of his interest in taking my case, he could have shown basic courtesy and respect to an individual seeking assistance.
