I’m writing this on behalf of my mother and if we could give 0 stars we would. First, the waiting time is unacceptable. Having to wait almost 2 hours after the scheduled appointment time is crazy. For them to schedule you for a specific time, and have other patients come in after you and get seen before you isn’t justified. Second, the doctor is very rude, doesn’t let you get a word in, and speaks to you like you’re incompetent. Dr. Fay is by far the best doctor I’ve ever seen. She tells you what you have, what you need to do and , if you follow her directions, you come out better than you came in. Nina is awesome ! Office is always super clean and they make sure everything is sanitized before you take your seat. Yes, you wait but totally worth it because your eye health is all the office is concerned with. Love, love , love. Thank you Dr. Fay and Nina for always providing a wonderful experience

If I could give a zero I would! Waited an hour past our appointment then the Dr was very RUDE and condescending! She also came in without washing her hands and one glove on. Walked out without treatment. I do not recommend this place.
