Philip at Bennett Capital Partners Mortgage saved my purchase on my property! I had multiple lenders turn me away due to my DTI on paper but Philip educated me on "No Ratio" Loans and with good credit, a great mortgage history and a sizable down payment, I was able to qualify. NO other lender even gave me this as an option. I can say for sure if it wasn't for Philip, I would be renting right now but instead I closed on my house in about 3 weeks. Philip is awesome to work with. I am a Realtor and have worked with many lenders. I met him during a time of crisis and he came in and saved a deal for my buyer when many other lenders couldn’t . He is amazing at Condos and non warrantable condos amongst others loans of course. He is one that will definitely get the deal done, done right and done smooth.
