Bennetts Automotive is great. Highly recommend.
Walked out of my dealership when I was quoted a services price way more than I wanted to pay, and instead went to Bennett. I was thoroughly impressed with the value, quality of work, and friendly service. Most of all it's just nice to know you're working with an honest mechanic which is what you get at Bennett. I will be back for all future auto needs.
As someone with a Jeep Wrangler, who Does not know a lot about cars we can be very scary trying to find a mechanic when something major happens. Sean and Reagan went above and beyond to help me diagnose my car, got me in immediately despite their busy schedule and made this whole process much less painful. Their diagnostic software helped me understand what was actually going on and what repairs were priorities versus what I could do later. Customer for life. could not recommend more
Avoid this shop. Predatory pricing and fake diagnostics. Had my vehicle towed to Bennett Automotive for an issue, and was told it would be $200 for a diagnostic. Before even performing the diagnosis, they called back to claim that 50% of my fuel tank was contaminated with water and that the engine was 3 quarts low on oil. What fantastic service! Our neighbor recommended Bennett Automotive to get our car up and running after sitting unused for several years. Bennett quickly diagnosed the work needed to get the car operational and communicated with us daily on options, cost, and coordinating so that the car could be registered quickly so that we could meet a deadline on a purchase offer.
