I have been with Bennett Air for my two business locations for over 3 years after being shocked and disappointed by other HVAC companies. As a small business I need an HVAC company that comes through for me. Earlier this year my unit was leaking water from above. The center had a new roof installed but even more water was coming in. Bennetts AC provided top notch service. Starting from the first call they were friendly and promptly had someone site to assess the situation and delivered a quote promptly! Rep Joe was fast answered all my questions and presented all my options from top of the line to economy. Pricing was similar or better than most other quotes received. The crew was on time and pleasant. The crew chief B was very knowledgeable considering our building was built in 1957. I want to thank everyone in the office on keeping us abreast of the process, date of arrival of the system and meeting our deadline. We will be calling again to install the next unit.
