Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? No, my decisions were always respected Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

They have some of the cleanest dental equipment I have ever seen. They make an extra effort to make sure they only use the best for their patients. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

I liked most of the staff, but the quality of my new crown was horrible. I paid so much money and I'm not happy with it. They said they're not responsible since they send work out to a lab, well maybe they need a new lab!
