Called Benner & Co. Monday morning with no working furnace. They were here before noon to tell me my 25 yr. old furnace was broken & not worth fixing. They priced a replacement. I called Tue. AM to approve installation. By 8:30 they were taking out the old and by 3 I had a new working furnace. The house has NEVER been so evenly heated & the WIFI thermostat is an real added bonus, allowing me to control H/AC anywhere I have phone service.
