Saw Dr. Vazquez a while back because my hair was falling out and thinning quite rapidly. He asked me if id like for him to get a sample from my head to rule out a few things and to hopefully find out why. I agreed because I wanted to make sure it wasn’t skin cancer. He and his assistant explained everything that they were going to do. First he numbed a little part of the top of my head. He then took what they call a punch to get a sample from my scalp. Cascade Dermatology office changed location without informing their patients. I made an appointment three months in advance and arrived there on time. The medical office that replaced Cascade Dermatology promptly gave me the new office address. I arrived to that new office 15 minutes later and, despite my explanations, Dr. Vasquez didn't want to see me! They made an appointment for me in another three months! I immediately transferred to another dermatologist. No way you can treat patients like that and keep them.
