I am extremely disappointed with this office and the way my billing and insurance matters were handled. My initial visit went well. We discussed my treatment needs, and I agreed to have foot x-rays taken in order to obtain custom orthotic inserts. Before proceeding, I specifically confirmed that both the x-rays and the night splint I received would be fully covered by my insurance.
