They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I had plantar fasciitis and my foot was much worse after wearing a walking boot for 5 weeks. Dr. Pham likes to sell many orthopedic devices, which are not helpful. Insurance does not cover all of these items. I would not refer this doctor.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. I had a foot injury that was not heeling and the bone heeled but my back was in pain from all the limping and he didn't seem real concerned about it and said it would get better over time besides the back pain issue they were the best i would deffantly reccommend dr pham

Great experience! I was very nervous about having to take my son for a toe nail edge removal because of the injection. It was practically painless. Dr Pham comforted my son by telling him "you just tell me if it hurts and I will stop and go slower". My son was so happy that he could not feel hardly any pain during the injection. The procedure went like a dream. The doctor even showed us how my son could go to a birthday party the next day and keep his toe dry while swimming.

Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism Was this podiatrist friendly? Yes Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this podiatrist's office? Not really

Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen! Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

This review board is horrible - Wellness.com wants to direct your reviews with their canned questions and responses, be warned. Dr. Pham is a good Podiatrist.
