Dr. Herms answers questions directly and allows the patient to speak without interruption. Dr. Herms is s great listener. He is down to earth and easy to have a conversation with about your medical issue. After my visit with him, I have a great deal of clarity about what the next steps will be. I know I’m on the right track with treatment.
Dr. Herms is excellent at explaining all aspects of care from lab and scan results, to plan of care, planned usage and side effects of medications. He takes his time to answer any questions/concerns. Even walks patients to the treatment area.
Dr. Herms is an excellent doctor with extensive knowledge of his specialty. Though I’m a grumpy old woman who rails at the universe about my cancer and its complications, I believe we have come to understand each other, which is a valuable tool in any healthcare providers toolkit. I would recommend him to family and friends.
Dr Herms and the team at OHC are top notch with planning your care. Kindness in every step, and reliable cutting edge care. Great aftercare as well!!
