Staff is helpful and friendly. Usually they get you in fast but there was a wait this time. Probably because of snow the night before
Dr. Herms is a very personal physician. He listens, responds and wants to know my opinions to my current health care. My husband and I adore him.

Dr. Benjamin Hermes OHC Eastgate area is a great doctor. He explained the procedure and potential complications in detail. Dr. Hermes has excellent communication skills, explaining everything with compassion. I felt very comfortable and cared for throughout my care. The phlebotomist and entire staff are also amazing, making scheduling appointments quick and easy with a smile. I feel truly cared for and supported. I hope sharing my experience helps someone else. Everyone is very pleasant with the OHC staff. Wait time is very short in every area. Patients are treated with respect.

As scared as I was everyone made sure to put me at ease. The staff was friendly and helpful and I really liked my doctor. Talked so I completely understood what he was saying and will not hesitate to go back if I ever need to see them again. He gave me great news which I am thankful
