Dr. Szerlip was very upbeat, friendly, straightforward, likeable, has a good bedside manner, is very intelligent, clearly knows what he is doing and was very encouraging. I'm going to trust him to do my shoulder replacement, which is a big deal for me. I don't trust easily (especially surgeons, because of multiple bad experiences). The office staff was nice. The office was brand new, so very clean. I will do a followup review after surgery. 👍 So far, so good though.
Dr. Szerlip is a very personal human and surgeon. He will listen to you, explained my procedure so I knew exactly what to expect. Definitely will look him up again if I should have another issue. Also his Staff are wonderful people to work with. Happy that he was recommended to me.
I saw his PA this time, it's about time he had one! Lol love this office!
