Dr. Benjamin Stephens is my ophthalmologist and was the surgeon who performed cataract surgery on both of my eyes in the Spring of 2026. While conducting preliminary testing, Dr. Stephens found that my eye pressures were high, and I had missed some of the ‘pinpoints of light’ during my visual field test. These results indicated the initial stages of glaucoma, for which Dr. Stephens prescribed eye drops, followed by frequent monitoring. I cannot overstate what an great experience I had for my cataract surgery with Dr. Stephens. Everyone on the team was kind, thorough and patient with my questions. They took the time to explain the process for my procedure. Dr. Stephens was thorough and knowledgeable and made me feel at ease about the process. After the surgery, the results were amazing. I was driving with some prescription glasses to remove the halos, after surgery, no longer necessary and I'm able to use my favorite sunglasses again.

Very patient with my husband and I . We had multiple appointments to help us view our options. He had to repeat options several times. Very confident, calm, reassuring. Good results. I am seeing well for distance and at night as projected. Staff speaks very highly of Dr. Stephens.
