Great doctor. Attentive, personable, empathetic, informed. Whereas many doctors forget who you are the second you walk out of their office, he is very familiar with my case, stays up-to-date, and I can trust that he is paying attention.
I have been going to Penn family medicine for a little over two years. When i started i was transitioning from my pediatrician right before college. They have always been very welcoming and friendly and they are very flexible in there scheduling. I cant give them five stars because it can be hard to reach them on the phone, but they do make up with it by responding on the penn portal or through email
Horrible - they take two hour lunches and you can't speak to a person. It's impossible to see a doctor.
