This developer chooses neighborhoods to purchase multiple homes in and has such a bad reputation in Bird Rock ( La Jolla) that he has not put his sign up on the project fencing nor have any of his identifiable trucks ever shown up in over one year. He has never introduced himself to neighbors of his MANSION project!!!!
