Benjamin Realty of Queens sent me spam mail
I never have hot water and the apartment needs serious repairs. But the super said he will do the minimum. I pay my rent on time every month it shouldn't be like this
They refuse to help tenants maintenance problems and don’t answer the phone to main office. All of there properties have heating issues as well.
Never received a true response to receive a tour of apartment building. Remote receptionist answer calls and relay messages. I believe it maybe a scammer collecting information. I never received the follow up call. The community I drove through for a personal look was nice. The buildings are clustered in one area of a safe zip code in Orange, NJ.
This is the worst management company. I lived at one of their properties in the past and I would never recommend them. Do Not rent from them.
