We took our 5 month old baby to an appointment with him because it was the only appointment available. Our baby had a rash all over his body and face. He prescribed a cream, but it made my baby’s face worse every day. I contacted him again, and it took a long time for him to respond. He told me to continue using the cream. The next day, he prescribed another cream, which made my baby very uncomfortable and fussy. I've gone to Dr. Marks a few times. He's fine. Most Docs don't do small talk because of patient load. With me he's been efficient, quick and to the point. He's got me out of the office quickly with minimal pain. That's five stars in my book.
