Dr. Olsen and his staff were quick to respond to urgent concerns after my surgery and to suggest options for resolving the problems. I greatly appreciated that my discomfort was not dismissed or excused. I'm sorry. and How can I help you? are very nice things to hear when you are in distress.
A great balance of professionalism and positive personality. I felt like he was always honest with me, which might not work for some people who think a surgeon can fix all of life's problems. Following total knee replacement, I was walking unassisted-no walker or cane-in 7 days. I understand I have a few months to get myself back to 100%, but I'm very comfortable that Dr. Olson did a great job of replacement on a joint that presented more than a couple of complications. Lucky to have him here,
