The front desk ladies are very professional and they have great customer service skills. when I checked out they were very knowledgeable answered all my questions. I could not say enough about Dr. Neltner he is kind he listens to you and all around a wonderful physician. He is very knowledgeable and takes care of all what is going on with me.
Dr. Ben is warm, attentive and thorough. It's very obvious He truly cares about his patients health and well-being.

He’s such a kind and caring person and it really helped me a whole lot.
Dr. Neltner is the best primary care doctor I’ve ever had. He listens, makes sure to get you in quickly- even same day if you’re sick, and goes to bat for your well-being. I’ve been seeing him for years and he’s always been incredible. Recently, my insurance company was blocking approval for the next step in my care and he called the insurance company while I was still in office and spent an hour on the phone with them to push for same day approvals so I could get the help I needed.
