I can’t express enough gratitude to Dr. Diller and his staff . They took care of me twice in a weeks time for an unexpected dental emergency that caused me tremendous pain . It is rare indeed to find the innate quality of empathy and have it demonstrated and played forward to patients in need . While it it is never a joy to visit a dentist, Dr. Diller and Sally are two of the nicest people I know. Their professionalism is exceeded on by their courtesy and friendliness! And the same goes for the rest of the staff!
Deserving of Five Stars for sure!
After breaking a tooth, I showed up for my appointment expecting to be told that I would have to make another appointment to resolve the issue. That was not the case. Dr. Diller and his staff worked through lunch to repair and install a temporary crown avoiding a follow up appointment. Thanks for going above and beyond my expectations!
Dr Diller handled my emergency quickly and professionally. He and his staffing are very caring. They followed up and offered assistance if needed.
Dr. Diller, dental assistant Kathy and staff could not have been more kind or caring. This was my first visit due to a badly cracked tooth. Kathy took her time showing me xrays and photos of my tooth, explaining the options in depth. Dr. Diller confirmed the process and proceeded slowly and non-aggressively to try and save what was left of my tooth. I was the last appointment of the day, and they stayed late to treat me.
