At first the staff was very friendly and helpful. I purchased an Audi and it gave me so many problems, different engine lights kept coming on as soon as i drove off from the lot. In a span of two weeks i had to keep bringing this car back and it seemed to me that they couldn’t fix it.. (it was a lemon). After about a month and too many returns to Benjamin motors called me to come in and they would switch my car and give me a different one- that was 6k more than my budget was, i was horrified. I came across Benjamin Motors by doing a car search on carguru. Once I seen the type of car that I have been searching for at Benjamin Motors at a good price. I submitted an offer and was contacted back by Marquise, a sales representative there. I was provided detailed information about the car once contacted. I went in to have a look at the car and was treated great. This has been one of my favorite car buying experiences to date.
