Doesn't listen, nor make good recommendations. Went in for knee pain, and she gave me a mental health counselor referral, despite not ever mentioning this. Per the office manager I apparently indicated it on my forms... So how does that override my appt for knee pain? Ibuprofen doesn't heal damage. Fast forward 3 entire months of phone tag trying to speak with someone, Office manager both agreed she should have made a PT recommendation - but wanted me to go to her counselor friend instead.
