If you're looking for a thorough professional who will be frank, yet kind, Ben will let you know what is going on. You can see he cares and wants to do any and all preventative care that is possible. Professionals like Ben make a difference in people's health and recovery. I cannot recommend him more.
Diagnosed my husband's Parkinson's and got him on the right track with a movement disorder specialist (neurologist). We still check in with him a couple of times a year because we trust him. He cares about knowing the patient and not just the disease! Highly recommend him.
Ignored my moms symptoms, didn’t inquire about her strange/unique situation with an ACTUAL doctor. His responses were “well I don’t know”. If he didn’t know what was wrong that’s totally okay, but he has resources. He should have utilized them! Maybe talk to the doctor in the office maybe find another place for her to go ..
