As a new patient to Dr. Scarola, I've only seen him twice. I recently experienced some digestive issues, Dr. Scarola listened to my concerns and my description of what my symptoms were. He then ordered what he felt would be the appropriate lab test to be done. I feel he has done what he can so far. Overall I'm satisfied with the care he and his staff have provided me to this point.
Dr. Mandel is such a knowledgeable and honest doctor. I found his upfront nature refreshing and comforting. When seeking out a professional opinion regarding surgical procedures, I want to know that my surgeon has my best interest in mind. Dr Linthicum is the most caring Dr I’ve ever been to! And most definitely the greatest surgeon I’ve ever had! I had a prosthetic knee that went really bad causing damage to my tibia and fibula. I was in extreme pain pain for over two years even on Fentanyl! When I had my first visit with him after seeing my X-Ray he scooted his stool over to me in wheelchair, took my hand and said he was so sorry I had to have waited so long to get help! Dr. Linthicum did my full hip replacement surgery March 2022 - and the results were fantastic! He's smart, caring & has a good staff. His expertise along with the super caring nurses at Kootenai Hospital made it a good situation. I would highly recommend him.
Listens very well. He has a good heart and really cares about and really is concerned about his patients. Never in a hurry. Highly recommend.
Dr. Volyn, takes time to listen to the health problem(s) and has always find a treatment He's professional, knowledgeable and cares about his patients heath. He doesn't push medications on you. Mammogram revealed breast cancer. Went to see Dr. Detar. My husband and I were informed of steps to take and the doctor went above and beyond. Dr. Detar definitely had my best interests at heart. Highly recommend him and his staff at Kootenai Health.
