Have had a great experience here. Dr. Kaplan was great, personable, and explained things thoroughly. Staff was polite and helpful as well.
Doctor is excellent. Karen at the front desk is very policy focused and only abided by rules. She expected me to pay $565 for orthotics because she couldn’t see that my insurance will pay 100 per cent. She was so hyper about receiving payment and office rules. The doctor was fabulous but I deserve to be treated with respect. What a bummer now I need to find a new foot doctor.
I highly recommend Dr. Kaplan. He is knowledgeable, professional, and caring. He took care of my toe issues and brought great relief.
Dr. Kaplan really helped me resolve my acute gout attack. Easy to talk to. Great doctor. Great office with awesome receptionist and medical assistant as well.
