Have rented from benjamin james for over a year. I haven't had a single issue and the office ladies have been great! Anytime I've had a problem they send someone out the same day to fix it and he always does it right the first time. I was surprised to how fast and responsive everyone was during the application process all tells way from making my first inquiry on Zillow, to scheduling showings with Claudia, to showings with Cole, to communications with Kevin both by phone and email all the way to stoping into the office in asheboro. And I got to add that the office smelled really really good.
